The Challenge
Living Silica operates in the DTC supplements market where trust is critical (claims, legal, social proof) and mobile conversion must be flawless. With frequent promotional campaigns, there was a risk of degrading performance through app and script accumulation, losing efficiency in the conversion funnel.
The Solution
We designed a conversion-focused Shopify UX: powerful product pages with clear benefits, social proof, FAQs, guarantees and trust badges. We optimized collections, implemented strategic bundles and upsells, and created campaign-specific landing pages. We maintained strict performance control (minimal apps, optimized assets) with full funnel tracking (PDP, Add to Cart, Checkout) to iterate with data-driven CRO.
