The challenge
Tamarit Beach Resort needed a custom platform to increase direct bookings over OTAs (Booking, Expedia), reducing commissions and controlling the customer relationship. The system had to integrate with their existing PMS, manage real-time availability, and compete in multi-language SEO for key European markets.

The solution
We developed a custom Symfony platform with a proprietary booking engine integrated with the resort's PMS. The system manages availability, dynamic pricing, extras and cancellation policies in real time. We implemented multi-language SEO with hreflang for priority markets (ES, EN, FR, DE), localized content and Schema.org for tourism. The mobile UX prioritizes conversion with a 3-step booking process, immersive gallery and accommodation comparator.

03Architecture
How a request flows

A visitor searches for accommodation in their language (ES, EN, FR or DE) and lands on a page with hreflang and content localized for their market

The in-house booking engine, integrated into Symfony, queries availability and dynamic rates in real time against the resort's PMS

The user compares accommodations in the comparison tool and completes the booking process in 3 steps, with the immersive gallery supporting the decision
