Custom Laravel application for the Financial Users Association: claims management, member area and legal process automation.
The Challenge
Asufin (Financial Users Association) needed a robust platform to manage the growing volume of claims from its members against banking entities. The previous system did not scale, manual processes consumed resources and case traceability was poor. They also needed a member area with access to documentation and claim status.
The Solution
We developed a custom Laravel application with complete claims lifecycle management: automated intake, assignment by case type, status tracking, legal document generation and automatic notifications. The member area allows users to check case status, download documentation and communicate with the legal team. We implemented integrations with electronic signature tools and a payment gateway for membership fees.
